Tasting wines of Somló in Papa

The wine of Somló – the Kings’ wine – is fiery, brute and masculine with a high level of acid and alcohol. The white wines produced in Somló reciprocate the longer period of mellowing, and they show their true grandness only a few years later. It is especially true in case of one of the rarities, the Juhfark, with which Furmint, Olaszriesling, Tramini and Hárslevelű associate.
